DrawRush is a free, browser-based online multiplayer drawing and guessing game operated as a personal/educational project. By using this platform, you agree to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 13 years old to play. Players under 13 should have parental consent.
• You will not use DrawRush to post, draw, or broadcast content that is harmful, offensive, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
• You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the game servers, or use any automated tools, bots, or scripts beyond what is intended.
• You understand that AI bots participate in rooms and may produce automated drawings and text messages that DrawRush does not directly control or review in real-time.
• DrawRush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. Content Disclaimer

Specifically:

• We do not pre-screen or moderate user-generated drawings or chat messages in real time.
• AI bots are programmed to draw themed shapes from a fixed database. Any resemblance to real persons, places, or events is entirely coincidental.
• If you encounter offensive content from other players, you are advised to leave the room and/or use your browser's blocking or reporting tools.
• DrawRush is not liable for any emotional distress, offense, or damage caused by other users' content.

By continuing to play, you acknowledge that you may encounter content generated by other players and AI bots over which DrawRush has no direct control.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 What We Collect

DrawRush is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Player Name: The display name you choose (stored locally in your browser via localStorage). This is not linked to any account or identity.
• Game Data: Drawing packets, chat messages, and scores are processed in real-time on our servers for game functionality. This data is not stored permanently and is deleted when the room closes.
• Connection Data: Your IP address may be logged temporarily for security purposes (e.g., preventing abuse). We do not use this to identify individuals.
• No Cookies: We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any persistent identifiers beyond your browser's localStorage.

3.2 How We Use Your Data

• To operate the game (real-time drawing sync, guessing, scoring)
• To prevent abuse and maintain security
• We do not sell, share, or trade your data with third parties
• We do not run targeted advertising or profiling

For users in India, DrawRush complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 to the best of our ability:

• We collect only the minimum personal data necessary.
• You have the right to request deletion of any data we hold.

• Word lists and bot drawing templates used in the game are curated by the DrawRush team. References to fictional characters and pop culture are used for entertainment purposes under principles of fair use.
• Drawings created by players during gameplay are not stored and are not claimed by DrawRush.
• DrawRush does not claim ownership over trademarks, logos, or characters belonging to third parties referenced in word lists (e.g., Pikachu, SpongeBob). These remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

DrawRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DrawRush and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
